の 中村刃物 黒打 三徳包丁 165mm 大分県で120年続く鍛冶屋、中村刃物による手作りの和包丁です。青紙2号鋼と軟鉄を使用し、朴の木柄を使用した両刃包丁です。鍛冶屋の銘が刻まれています。
刃の形状について： バランスのとれた、 万能 包丁、三徳包丁用に設計されています。 肉、魚、野菜まで幅広く対応。適度にフラットなエッジがサポートします。 効率的なみじん切りとスライスコンパクトな刃長により優れたコントロール性を発揮します。 毎日の準備。通常は両刃で、長さは 165 mm から 180 mm の間で、三徳刃は 信頼できる選択 家庭料理人にもプロのキッチンにも。
