Japanese Food Craftsman is a small content creator team located in Fukuoka in the south of Japan. We started out on YouTube with the goal of supporting local mom and pop shops, and have since grown into a community with over 1.3 million followers.

With this shop, we want to support the craftsmen and local small businesses who have been keeping Japan's traditional crafts alive for generations. We are in close contact with each business, and get every product directly from the craftsmen that have uniquely handcrafted them.
