の 四郎國光 片刃黒内三徳包丁 170mm 福岡県大牟田市にある國光四郎工房の鍛冶職人、小宮章光さんとその家族による手作りの和包丁です。この片刃三徳包丁は、工房のもう一つの専門分野である日本刀と同じ技法に従って白紙1号鋼で作られています。朴の木ハンドルを使用した黒打ち仕上げが特徴です。
刃の形状について： バランスのとれた、 万能包丁、三徳包丁は以下のために設計されています。 肉、魚、野菜まで幅広く対応。適度に平らな刃先が効率的なみじん切りやスライスをサポートし、コンパクトな刃の長さが毎日の下ごしらえに優れたコントロールを提供します。シングルベベルブレードの寸法は 165mm ～ 180mm で、家庭料理家とプロのキッチンの両方にとって信頼できる選択肢です。
