の 國光四郎 特製黒打野菜牛刀包丁 福岡県大牟田市にある國光四郎工房の鍛冶職人、小宮章光さんとその家族による手作りの和包丁です。この両刃の牛刀包丁は、白紙一号鋼を使用し、工房のもう一つの得意分野である日本刀と同じ技法で作られています。朴の木ハンドルを使用した黒打ち仕上げが特徴です。
刃の形状について： 西洋スタイルの牛刀の日本版とも言われる両刃牛刀包丁は、タンパク質の調製に少し重点を置きながら、幅広いキッチン作業向けに設計されています。バランスのとれた刃の形状は、スライス、みじん切り、押し切りを簡単にサポートし、プロと家庭の両方の料理人に最適です。通常、寸法は 210mm ～ 240mm で、ダブルベベル牛刀は適応性、精度、日常の信頼性を提供します。
