Left-Handed Kitchen Knives
Every knife in this collection is double-bevel (ground evenly on both sides) so it performs exactly the same in your left hand as in your right. If you've been hunting for a "left-handed knife" and worried you'd need a specially reground blade, you don't: for everyday cooking, a quality double-bevel knife is the correct tool for left-handed cooks.
That includes the shapes you reach for most: gyuto (chef's knife), santoku, nakiri and petty. Each of them handmade by Japanese artisans.
