Each knife is hand-forged in Japan and built to professional standards with sharper edge geometry, premium steel cores (Ginsan, VG-10W, Aogami, R2 Damascus, etc) and detailed handle work in stabilised wood, ebony, turquoise, etc. The same calibre of blade carried by Japanese restaurant chefs.
