We work closely with Sakai Takayuki, Minomo Blacksmith, Nakamura Hamono, Nishida Hamono, Shiro Kunimitsu, Kurotori Blacksmith, Tadokoro Hamono, Fukuda Hamono, and over a dozen more traditional Japanese blacksmiths, all of them you can also see featured on our YouTube channel Japanese Food Craftsman, with over 1.7 million subscribers.
