It features a stunning kasumi finish.
Part of our OMOI collection of knives crafted specifically for Japanese Food Craftsman, this knife is engraved with the Japanese kanji 想(OMOI) . OMOI (想) collection knives from Tadokoro Hamono are available exclusively through Japanese Food Craftsman.
About the Blade Shape: An elegant evolution of the traditional takohiki, single-edge sakimaru takohiki knives are designed for ultra-precise sashimi slicing and refined presentation. The long, narrow blade supports smooth, single-pull cuts, while the sakimaru-style pointed tip adds finesse for detailed work and clean finishing cuts.
