A handcrafted knife made from Yasugi steel, which is the closest to the steel used in Japanese swords.  Perfect for cutting vegetables.

Currently available for right-handed users.

Thank you, I just received my knife, it was so beautiful, untill I cut my first tomato and cucumber and it turned brown:( I am trying to wash it, but its not going away, not sure what I did wrong.
Also my sharpening stone came broken, I think extra stickers like : “ Fragile” “ Handle with care” would be beneficial for such long and rough transportation.
I made some pictures to share with master, let me know which format to use to send them.
I still will be using this knife with Love and respect to handmade ancient craft.
