A traditional knife. I always wanted a traditional knife from a blacksmith where you get a familiar tool. I always preferred Japanese knives; they were global knives. These are industrially manufactured, but they are also very good. But what you get here is a knife with a soul, and that's something very special.
I just got my Bunka knife. It is extremely sharp out of the box - I am a Japanese kitchen knife collector and this is one of the sharpest knives I got to work with. The delivery arrived quickly and everything was nicely packaged. Highly recommended!
