Hayashida Hamono Bunka Knife
Expertly forged at Hayashida Hamono, this Bunka-style Japanese knife is made from Aogami No. 2 (Blue Paper) Steel for exceptional edge retention and sharpness. The brown walnut wood handle adds natural warmth, and the blade is engraved with a gilt-highlighted branding.
Forged in Matsubara, one of only three traditional blacksmithing hubs in Nagasaki Prefecture, this knife embodies centuries-old local forging traditions, upheld by just three remaining smithies in the area.
