I haven’t received my order yet. I received an email two weeks ago stating package was being prepared, but the tracking number that was included in that email still only shows the package being prepared. I have not received the item and have no way to track the status of the order.
Update on my review: Not sure what happened with the shipping or tracking number of the shipment, but when I notified them of an issue I received a prompt response and reassurance that if the item is or was lost I would receive a replacement. Looks like there must have been some kind of a hold up with original shipment, but it finally arrived in good shape and I’m pleased with the knife and it looks great. Very polite and helpful response to my concern and couldn’t be more pleased with their service.
