Handcrafted from Aogami No. 2 steel at Inoue Blacksmith in Fukuoka, this double-bevel Kiritsuke knife offers precision, durability, and versatility. Traditionally used by Japanese head chefs, its flat heel and sharply angled tip are perfect for detailed work. The reverse tanto shape provides excellent control for slicing vegetables, seafood, and more. A rare, expertly made blade for serious cooks.
