Tour Service Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to tour services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by F-area Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). When customers cancel the Service, cancellation fees will be charged according to the following conditions.

**Article 1 (Application of Cancellation Fees)**

1. When customers cancel the Service, cancellation fees will apply from the time the cancellation request is made.

2. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the number of days remaining until the tour start date.

**Article 2 (Cancellation Fee Schedule)**

Cancellation fees are calculated according to when the cancellation request is made, as follows:

* Up to 14 days before tour start date: Free

* 13 to 7 days before tour start date: 20% of tour fee

* 6 to 3 days before tour start date: 50% of tour fee

* 2 days before tour start date or later, or no-show cancellation: 100% of tour fee

**Article 3 (Refund Method)**

1. The remaining amount after deducting the cancellation fee will be refunded through prescribed methods once the cancellation process is complete.

2. For credit card payments, refunds will be processed through the credit card company, which may take some time to reflect in your account.

3. For bank transfer payments, bank transfer fees for the refund will be borne by the customer.

**Article 4 (Response to Tour Changes or Cancellations)**

1. Tours may be cancelled if the Company determines that implementation is difficult due to natural disasters, disease outbreaks, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, the full amount paid by customers will be refunded.

2. No cancellation fees will be charged for changes or cancellations due to Company circumstances.

Tour Service Terms of Use

**Article 1 (Application)**

1. These terms and conditions establish the terms of use for the tour services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by F-area Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

2. Users of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the Service after agreeing to these terms.

**Article 2 (Service Contents)**

1. The Service provides tours including sightseeing guidance, local experiences, and meals.

2. By applying for the Service, Users can access services provided by the Company or third parties contracted by the Company.

**Article 3 (Reservations and Payment)**

1. To use the Service, Users must complete and submit the Company's reservation form in advance.

2. Once a reservation is confirmed, Users shall pay tour fees according to the payment method specified by the Company.

3. The Company may cancel User reservations if payment cannot be confirmed.

**Article 4 (Cancellations and Changes)**

1. Users wishing to cancel or change their tour must promptly notify the Company following prescribed procedures.

2. Fees for cancellations or changes may apply according to the Company's Cancellation Policy.

3. Tour cancellations or changes due to weather or force majeure will be implemented at the Company's discretion, with notification to Users.

**Article 5 (Principle of Self-Responsibility)**

1. Users shall assume all risks associated with the Service at their own responsibility.

2. The Company assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred by Users.

**Article 6 (Prohibited Actions)**

Users shall not engage in the following actions when using the Service:

1. Actions that violate laws or public order and morality

2. Actions that harm the rights, interests, or reputation of other Users or third parties

3. Actions that interfere with service operations of the Company or third parties

4. Providing false information

**Article 7 (Handling of Personal Information)**

1. The Company shall handle Users' personal information appropriately according to the Company's Privacy Policy.

2. Users' personal information will be used for service provision and user support.

**Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)**

1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages related to the Service provision, except in cases of intentional misconduct.

2. The Company's liability for damages arising from the use of the Service (regardless of foreseeability) shall not exceed the tour fee.

**Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights)**

1. All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or rights holders who have licensed them to the Company.

2. Users are prohibited from reproducing, selling, publishing, or otherwise using the Service content without prior consent from the Company.

**Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)**

1. These terms shall be interpreted and applied under Japanese law.

2. The Fukuoka Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of first instance for any disputes arising in connection with these terms.

**Article 6 (Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information)**

1. Users may request disclosure of their personal information from the Company.

2. If the disclosed information is incorrect, Users may request correction, addition, or deletion of such information.

3. If Users request deletion of personal information, the Company will promptly comply in accordance with laws.

**Article 7 (Use of Cookies)**
