A traditionally handcrafted Gyuto Kitchen Knife, great for cutting fish and meat. Double edged, made from Shirogami No.1 white steel and stainless steel, with a 21cm (8.27in) blade length.
Use the included sharpening stone to keep your knife in great shape!
