INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders are shipped internationally from Japan using Japan Post international mail services.

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries*:

United States, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong SAR China, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Norway, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Vietnam

All shipping charges are included in the price, excluding return shipments.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Japanese Food Craftsman is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and are your responsibility as the customer.

We are not responsible if products cannot be imported to your country because of local regulations.

 *Some items in our shop are exempt from shipment to certain countries because of import regulations.

STANDARD DELIVERY TIME

Standard Registered Post: 2-5 weeks

EMS:  4days-1 week

All lead times shown above are estimates through third party shipping companies, and Japanese Food Craftsman is not responsible for any delays. Delivery time may be longer for destinations in rural area. Please know that there can be delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery times may take longer than above standard times, particularly before and during Christmas and other holiday periods.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the total order amount. You pay the return shipping costs. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at japanesefoodcraftsmanshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
