This earthenware pot has a naturally low thermal conductivity, allowing you to enjoy crisp vegetables and flavorful ingredients.
Even after turning off the fire, the remaining heat inside the pot helps you to slow cook and slowly lock in the flavors of your ingredients. You can serve food with the pot directly at the dinner table using the included wooden trivet.
The clay body 'obsidian' helps mellow out salty foods and makes ingredients more aromatic.
