This earthenware pot has a natural low thermal conductivity, allowing you to enjoy crisp vegetables and flavorful ingredients.
Even after turning off the fire, the remaining heat inside the pot helps you to slow cook and let the flavors slowly soak into your ingredients. You can serve food with the pot directly at the dinner table with the included wooden trivet.
The clay body 'obsidian' helps mellowing the salt content and makes ingredients more aromatic.

For cooking for approx. 3 people, capacity of approx. 2L-3L.
