- 40g Bikkuri-tei Furikake Spice Mix*
(Consist of fried garlic, dried seasoned ground meat (lard, powdered eggs, pork, soy sauce, sugar, chicken, chicken extract, salt, pepper, onion, garlic powder, ginger powder), powdered white miso, powdered red miso, powdered fats and oils, paprika, salt, sugar, garlic powder, yeast extract/seasoning (amino-acid etc.), antioxidant (V.E, rosemary extract), caramel coloring, casein sodium, milk product. (contains wheat, eggs, milk ingredients, soybeans, pork and chicken)

The restaurant opened in 1963, and since then has been serving grilled meat and cabbage platters with an unchanged recipe.
