A handcrafted knife made from Yasugi steel, which is the closest to the steel used in Japanese swords. Perfect for cutting all kinds of vegetables, as well as meat and small fish.

Currently available for right-handed users.

Use the sharpening stone included with your order to resharpen the knife to your liking. It will surely become a long-lasting companion in your kitchen.
